Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Delivery Time

  • Within Lagos & Abuja: 2-3 business days
  • Other major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Orders above ₦15,000: FREE delivery
  • Orders below ₦15,000: ₦1,500 - ₦3,000 (depending on location)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account dashboard.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt/order number)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
